Ongoing Operating Management Services
Setting up a restaurant / bar is only the first step. Of significant importance is the ongoing control and management of the service offering and the quality of products served; particularly in the area of consistency. SGG has significant capabilities managing and operating food and beverage outlets as well as attending to large quantity catering functions. SGG can offer ongoing management services such as:
- maintain the business office at the SGG head office (no need for an expensive separate office to be set-up)
- daily ordering and purchasing of food & beverage
- inventory management
- perform accounting-relating services and reporting
- closely monitor the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- liaise with the Restaurant Manager to ensure that there are sufficient resources in place at any time
- control F&B costs to acceptable levels
- catering services on-behalf of the restaurant
- regular changes to the food and beverage menus as required
- liaise with the Restaurant Manager and assist him/her to perform all functions of the Human Resources function (recruit, train, payroll calculation, terminate)
